Crime Information:
On Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 7:30 p.m., the victim was walking through a business complex when she was grabbed by the suspect and sexually assaulted. The victim had seen the suspect in the area in the past, but did not know him.
Suspect:
Black or light skinned Hispanic Male, 20-30 years old, 6'0" tall, thin build, with dreadlocks, a possible scar on his right eyebrow and under his right eye. The suspect also had the following tattoos, a letter "C" on the left side of his neck, a partial sleeve on his right arm, a possible lion with flames on his left calf and a tiger on his upper left leg.
