On Monday, August 16, 2010 at approximately 11:23 pm, three unknown suspects forced entry into the residence located in the area of 6000 N. 37th Avenue. The victim exited a bedroom armed with a shotgun and was shot by one of the unknown suspects, the suspects fled in an unknown direction and suspect #3 fled on a bicycle.
