Robbery / Fry’s Food Store / 3511 W. Peoria Avenue – Fry’s Food Store

Crime Information:

On Thursday, July 20, 2023 at approximately 7:51 p.m., the suspect tells the Fry’s clerk, “I hate to tell you this but you’re being robbed, I have a gun and 3 other people are in the store watching and we’re running out of time.” A bulge (firearm) was noticed on the suspect’s right waistline area under his shirt. The suspect directs the clerk back to a checkout counter and tells her to withdraw $9,000 from the safe. Investigators are seeking any information to this incident.

Unknown, Black Male, 40 years old, 5'10", 250 lbs., wearing blue jeans, light colored long sleeve sweatshirt, black shoes, black baseball cap with white emblem and dark colored facial covering.
