On Sunday, September 3, 2023, at approximately 8:00 a.m., patrol officers responded to a shooting at 10940 W. Taft Street. upon arrival, officers located the victim lying in her bed, suffering from at least one apparent gunshot wound. The Phoenix Fire Department pronounced the victim deceased. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
