Crime Information:
On January 17, 2004 at 9:17 pm Mr. Miller left the Phoenix City Grill to get his car in the parking lot. As he walked to his vehicle, Mr. Miller was approached by an unknown person and a confrontation occurred. Mr. Miller’s wallet was taken and he was shot. The suspect ran to a waiting parked vehicle which had at least one more suspect in it. The suspect entered the vehicle by either the passenger front or passenger rear door. The vehicle fled the parking lot onto 16th St. Investigators are seeking any assistance regarding this incident.
