Crime Information:
On Friday April 22, 2022, in the early morning, the victim was sleeping on a loading dock behind a retail store. The suspect approached the victim and threw multiple river rocks at the victim killing him. The suspect fled on foot towards a nearby apartment complex. Investigators are seeking any information in regard to this incident.

Robert Bickel Armstrong, 62-year-old male
