On Friday, November 5, 2021 at 10:23 p.m., officers responded to the area of 4300 N 27th Avenue, upon arrival three gunshot victims were located. Two of the victims received medical care and survived. Manuel Covarrubias sustained severe injuries that he did not survive. Investigators are seeking any information in regard to this incident.
