Crime Information:
On July 31, 2002 at approximately 5:45 p.m., Francisco Javier Dominguez was found deceased from a gunshot wound in a canal near 3000 S. 83rd Avenue. It was later learned the Victim and a second male, Isaac Romo Galaviz, were taken forcibly from their apartment near 1900 E. Roosevelt Street on 7/26/02 and both were shot; Galaviz survived the incident. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
