On Monday, September 18, 2023 at approximately 4:00 a.m., witnesses heard multiple gunshots in the area of 6600 N 37th Avenue. Officers arrived and found the victim Esdras Ramirez III lying in the middle of the street with multiple gunshot wounds. Phoenix Police and Phoenix Fire provided aid to the victim who eventually succumbed to his injuries. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
