Crime Information:
On Sunday, July 30, 2006. at approximately 2:51 a.m., Cipriano Garcia, Jr. was fatally shot while he was a passenger in a vehicle driving near 43rd Avenue and Osborn Road. A second passenger was also shot and survived his injuries. This incident followed an altercation with Hispanic males at a restaurant on North 43rd Avenue. Suspects were driving a white 2000 Ford Expedition. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
