On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at about 9:25 p.m. in the area of 3400 North 67th Lane, Xavier Hughley shot the victim and she died from her injuries. Detectives are asking the community to help locate Xavier Hughley. He is known to frequent the area of West Phoenix along McDowell Road between 51st. Avenue and 83rd Avenue.
