On Friday, December 17, 2021 at 5:38 p.m., the victim was riding a minibike at the intersection of N. 28th and W.Sahuaro Drives when he was struck by a black sedan that left the scene eastbound on Sahuaro Drive.

Suspect: Hispanic male, mid 20’s, short spikey hair, round face
Vehicle: Black Mazda sedan, possibly a 2010 Mazda 6 with driver side front bumper damage
