On Thursday, December 24th, 2015 at 4:32 a.m., Phoenix Police Department responded to 4427 N. 27th Avenue reference shots fired. Officers located Henok Woldu deceased in his vehicle. Witnesses observed two black males and a black female get into a black smaller SUV and leave just after the shooting.
