Crime Information:
On Thursday, December 21, 2017 at approximately 3:15 p.m., the suspect entered Home Depot located at West Camelback Road and North 43rd Avenue in Phoenix. He shoplifted power tool kits and when he fled in the listed vehicle, the victim jumped into the truck bed in an attempt to stop him. The male driver stopped the vehicle and the suspect assaulted the victim with a piece of wood. The victim fought back and was able to recover some of the tool kits before the suspect and persons of interest left the area.
Suspect:
Suspect: White male, 35 years old, 5'10", 175 lbs., black hair, brown eyes.
Persons of Interest: Male driver and a female passenger in the truck.
