On Saturday, February 18, 2023 at approximately 1:30 a.m., a white Dodge Magnum traveling northbound on 27th Avenue struck the victim as he was walking across the roadway and he died from his injuries. The vehicle failed to remain at the scene and was last seen traveling northbound with front bumper possibly detached. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
