Crime Information:
On Sunday, October 8, 2023 at approximately 1:06 a.m., an unknown suspect was operating a black 2005 Infiniti FX35 southbound on 43rd Avenue when it collided with a 2005 Kia Sorento that was traveling northbound on 43rd Avenue, attempting to make a left (West) turn onto McDowell Road. The front passenger in the Kia was transported to a local hospital and later pronounced deceased from his injuries. The operator of the Infiniti fled on foot in an unknown direction. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
