On Friday, January 14, 2022, at 9:26 p.m., 43-year-old Angela Milligan was crossing Northern Ave. at 31st Ave. when she was struck by two vehicles that were believed to have been racing westbound on Northern. Both vehicles fled the scene westbound. Angela suffered fatal injuries. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.

Vehicle 1: Dark colored sedan missing the driver-side mirror
Vehicle 2: Unknown, minimal damage
