On Sunday July 29, 2007 at approximately 2:11 a.m. the victim Derek Arvizu and
Dominick Arvizu were shot by an unidentified Hispanic male during an argument at a
house party attended by several people. Derek died from his injuries at the scene and
Dominick was treated at a local hospital.
