On Monday, November 13, 2017 at 2:15 p.m., the suspect removed a debit card from the victims’ purse which was in her shopping cart. Minutes later the debit card was used by the suspect seen on video to purchase $650.00 at the same store. Most of the purchase was for pre-paid Visa cards.

Black female, 20-25 years old, black hair
