Crime Information:
On October 2, 1994 at 12:20 am the victim Carlos Paynter was shot and killed while standing in front of 2021 N. 41st Drive by unknown suspects. Witnesses reported observing a white truck and an older model (possibly 1960’s) Chevrolet Impala driving slowly eastbound on Hubbell Street just prior to the shooting. A shot was fired from one of the suspect vehicles, striking the victim.
