Crime Information:
On Sunday, July 31, 2016 at 3:15 p.m., the suspect attempted to grab the purse of the victim as he walked past her in the Biltmore Fashion Square parking lot located at 2502 East Camelback Road in Phoenix. The suspect was not able to get the purse and fled on foot. The listed persons of interest and their van were in the area prior to the attempted robbery and may have information that will assist investigators.
Suspect:
Suspect: Black male, 17-25 years old, 5’7”- 5’10”, 135 – 180 lbs.
Persons of Interest: Two Hispanic males
