Crime Information:
On Friday, April 18, 2015 at 8:09 a.m., the Victim was walking to the bus stop in the area of North Central
Avenue and Baseline Road. The Suspect pulled up next to the Victim and asked her if she wanted a ride. He
told her to look inside his car and when she did, he was manipulating his genitals. The Victim walked away
and the Suspect exited his car with no pants on, exposing his genitals. The Suspect then grabbed the Victim’s
arm and told the Victim to get into the car. The Victim pulled away and the vehicle fled westbound on West
Harwell Road.
Suspect:
Middle Eastern Male, 25-30 years old, 6’2, skinny build
