On Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at approximately 3:25 p.m., the victim was standing in the street in the area of North 60th Street and Cactus Road in Phoenix. Suspect #1 approached her and asked her questions about the neighborhood. He then grabbed her and attempted to force her into a blue Chevy truck that had just arrived and was driven by suspect #2. The victim pulled away and fled. The suspect entered the vehicle and was last seen northbound on N. 60th Street.
Suspect:
Suspect #1: White male, about 6'0" and had white hair
Suspect #2: Unknown driver of suspect vehicle
