On Friday, January 29, 2016 at approximately 9:45 p.m., Aasim Hart and Jamel Moodie arrived at a residence in the area of 200 South Springs Drive in Chandler to conduct a drug transaction. While at the residence, Aasim and Jamel shot the victim, who was not involved in the drug transaction.
