Crime Information:
On Saturday, December 31, 2016 at approximately 9:33 a.m., the suspect entered Los Toritos Restaurant
located at 3218 East McDowell Road in Phoenix. She carried a large black purse and asked for the restroom
key. Once the suspect was in the restroom, she used gasoline and purposely started a fire. She then fled to a
pickup truck that was waiting in the alley north of the business.
Suspect:
Hispanic or White Female, approximately 22-30 years old, 5'4"- 5'7", 130-150 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes. Last seen wearing baggy dark clothes and a light colored knit hat.
