On Sunday, January 20, 2019 a citizen found the puppy in the area of North 27th and West Belmont Avenues with injured paws and took him to The Arizona Humane Society for immediate veterinarian care for the injured paws. According to the veterinarian, it is believed that a rubber band caused the injury to the puppy.
