W. Phoenix – W. Bell Road and I-17 Overpass
Crime Information:
On Tuesday, July 04, 2023, at approximately 12:25 p.m., the victim was underneath the I-17 overpass at Bell Road on the north sidewalk with several others. While underneath the overpass, an unknown black male attempted to steal the victim’s belt, and during the altercation the suspect shot the victim one time. The suspect left the area on a bicycle in an unknown direction. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
