On Thursday, June 30, 2016 at approximately 10:30 p.m., the victim was performing at Valley Bar, 130 North Central Avenue in Phoenix. When the victim walked to his car in the alley, he was assaulted by the suspect. The victim sustained injuries that required surgery and four plates were put in his face.
