On December 19, 2016 at 3:46 p.m. multiple subjects in a silver four door sedan were driving in the area of 4000 W Camelback Road. The subjects encountered a group of pedestrians and engaged them in a verbal confrontation. One of the subjects, fired one round from a handgun, striking the victim.
Suspect:
Hispanic or white male, 18 to 25 years old, clean shaven with brown or blonde hair. Tattoo under each eye believed to be long tear drops.
