Crime Information:
On March 27, 2003 at approximately 10:00 p.m., the victim Stephone Wickware was shot to death in the area of 5800 West Glendale Avenue. The suspect shot Stephone from the bicycle he was riding and then rode away northbound from the area of 58th Avenue. Witnesses stated that the victim was trying to run away as he was shot.

Unknown, Hispanic Male, 18-20 years old, small build, mustache, wearing a black bandana, all black clothing
