Crime Information:
On Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at approximately 6:45 p.m., the suspect entered the restaurant. The suspect appeared to be sick and used the bathroom. When he came back out he ordered a sandwich, waiting for other patrons to leave the Subway. While at the register the suspect spoke in a low voice and demanded money from the register. The suspect told the cashier, “I’m trying to be nice here. I don’t want to hurt you.” The cashier becoming fearful of being harmed handed over the money from the register.
Suspect:
Hispanic male, approximately 28 years old, 5'9", 180 lbs., black hair, beard.
