Robbery / 3437 West Dunlap Avenue – Romanelli’s Italian Deli

Crime Information:

On Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at approximately 11:11 a.m. Victim arrived back at his business after getting money out of the Bank of America at 43rd Avenue and Dunlap. As the victim was exiting his car the suspect exited the suspect’s vehicle and grabbed onto the victim’s money bag. The struggle caused the elderly victim to fall to the ground and the suspect fled with the money bag. The suspect’s vehicle fled east on Dunlap then south on I-17. It appears the suspect followed the victim from the bank to the business where the robbery occurred. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
