On Thursday, March 10, 2005 around 10 pm the victim was no his way home from work at the Kerr Cultural Center. While crossing Scottsdale Rd at Rose La the victim was struck by a vehicle traveling southbound. The vehicle fled the scene. The victim received life threatening injuries.
