On Saturday, August 17, 2024 at approximately 3:36 a.m., an unknown male was found deceased on the train tracks near 2000 E. Jackson Street. He is a Hispanic/Middle Eastern male, 25-40 years old, 160 pounds, 5’06”, with tattoos on his right upper arm that depicts two footprints with the names Joann and Linda and dates of 1-5-67 and 2-26-02. Investigators are seeking any identification of this individual.
