On Friday, September 13th, 2024, Emmanuel Barrera was reported missing by his family members and was last seen in the Laveen area of the Gila River Indian Community. Emmanuel frequently visited the Cesar Chavez Park located at 35th Avenue and Baseline Road in Phoenix, Arizona. Emmanuel’s whereabouts are still unknown as of March 2025 and foul play is suspected in the disappearance of Emmanuel. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
