Crime Information:
On Tuesday, July 04, 2017 at 12:36 p.m., Phoenix Police Officers responded to the area of 21800 N. 31st Avenue and located the victim Josh Jackson laying in a culvert (tunnel). Josh had been shot multiple times and died as a result of his injuries. Investigators are seeking any information in regard to this incident.
