On Saturday, November 17, 2002 at approximately 7:55 p.m., 2 unknown suspects shot Rufino Quebrado Cantor while in his van in the parking lot of a grocery store near 4300 W. Thomas Road. The suspects fled on foot and our Victim died later at a hospital. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
