Along the Arizona Canal North of Thomas Road near 22nd Street
Crime Information:
On Thursday, January 25, 2024, at approximately 4:53 p.m., Officers responded to the area of 22nd Street and E. Thomas Road along the east side of the canal, about a person stabbed. The victim, Richard Whitehead sustained a fatal stab wound. He was homeless and known to frequent the area. His street name was “Reset”. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
