Crime Information:
On Saturday, July 30, 2022, at approximately 9:50 a.m., Richard was struck by an unknown man described as Hispanic or Native American and wearing a gray button-up shirt and jeans. This occurred at the bus stop at North 19th Avenue and West Bethany Home Road. Richard sustained a head injury from the event and later died in medical care. Richard’s death was ruled a homicide. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
