On Monday, January 1, 2024, at approximately 1:55 a.m. Officers responded to 900 East Broadway Road Phoenix. Officers located Marco Lugo Jr deceased in the roadway, with obvious visible signs of trauma. Video surveillance reviewed showed Marco was assaulted in the roadway by an unknown person prior to being hit. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
