On Thursday, March 4, 2021 at approximately 10:00 p.m., the victim was on his bicycle in the middle of a parking lot when he was struck by gunfire. The gunfire came from a group of black males and females in a field just east of the location. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.

Black male, 30 years old, 6'0", 180 lbs.
