On Sunday, March 6, 2022 at approximately 9:01 a.m., the victims were shot in a desert area at 191st Avenue
and Norwich Drive in Surprise. The victim Jason Tuttle did not survive his injuries and investigators are seeking
any information in regard to this incident.
