On Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at 7:18 p.m., the victim was walking through an apartment complex parking lot when an altercation occurred. The victim was shot during the altercation. Phoenix Police responded to the area and located the victim lying on the ground unresponsive. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital but did not survive his injuries. Investigators are seeking any information in regard to this incident.
