On Sunday, September 15, 2024 at approximately 3:34 a.m., Tara Hardy was standing in the westbound curb lane in the area of 3000 W. Dunlap avenue mid-block, for unknown reason. An unknown vehicle traveling westbound in the curb lane hit Tara in the roadway and fled the collision scene without stopping or rendering aid to Tara. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
