On Friday, September 19, 2025, approximately 1:17 p.m., a vehicle struck a bicyclist while leaving the apartment complex located at near 3000 N 83rd Avenue. The bicyclist sustained serious injury. The vehicle was last seen southbound on 83rd avenue. Investigators are seeking any information that would help locate the vehicle.

Unknown, Hispanic Male, wearing a neon-colored construction or landscaping shirt
Vehicle: Faded Red 4 door sedan. Possibly an older model Toyota Camry or Corolla. Arizona License plate possibly containing an "N"
