Crime Information:
On Friday, August 16, 2019 at 6:15 a.m. the victim was crossing the street pushing a wheelchair in the area of Ray Road near California Street in Chandler, when she was struck by a dark colored Dodge Caravan that was westbound on Ray Road. The driver of the Caravan, described as a Hispanic male with a mustache, continued westbound on Ray Rd. and fled the area. There should be damage to the front of the vehicle.
