Crime Information:
On Sunday, December 22, 2013 at about 10:45 p.m., Henry Smart III, two friends and a female were at an apartment in the area of 2700 West Augusta Avenue in Phoenix. The suspects entered the apartment and a physical fight started. Henry was fatally wounded and one of the friends was shot. The suspects fled in the listed vehicle.
Suspect:
Suspect #1: Multi-race or Black male with light complexion, about 35 years old, 6'0", black hair and should length corn rows. Was also unshaven and had a stocky build. Carried a handgun.
Suspect #2: Black male with dark complexion, about 35 years old, 5'9" with a bald or shaven head.
Vehicle: Small sport utility vehicle with tinted windows and possibly dark blue or green.
