On Friday June 8, 2018 at approximately 6:15 p.m., Phoenix Police responded to the area of North 23rd Avenue and West Deer Valley Road and found the victim shot. He was transported to the Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The unknown suspect fled the scene in the listed vehicle prior to police arrival.
