On Sunday, September 6, 2020 at 1:20 p.m., the victim was sitting in his black Chevrolet Silverado in a parking lot in the area of 3800 N. 43rd Avenue in Phoenix when he was shot. A dark gray 2008-2012 Nissan Altima was seen fleeing the scene after the shooting. Investigators are seeking any information regarding this incident.
