On Sunday, April 28, 2019 at 10:47 p.m., the Phoenix Police Department responded to a call for service at 124
South 24th Street. Officers were directed to an area along the west side (rear) of the building and located
Floyd Jackson with obvious trauma to his person. Investigators are seeking any information in regard to this
incident.
